Feast Of Silver

I’m delighted to say that Rodrigo, my miniature teapot, is in London at the moment as part of an exhibition curated by Brian Kennedy called “Feast of Silver” in Fortnum and Mason.

Ariane will be on Bobby Kerr’s Down to Business

I’ll be on Bobby Kerr’s Down to Business tomorrow. I’m going to be on a panel with Kieran Comerford CEO of Carlow County Enterprise Board and Mark Craddock MD of Maven TM.   I’ll be talking about the importance of the CEB to a SME like mine and about the new Carlow craft group that I’m involved with, Form.

Tick tock …

The final countdown to the RDS National Craft and Design Fair is on, and this time next week my stand, B6 on the Balcony, will be all set up and the show will be starting!

To get a sneak peek at many of the wonderful goodies available, including several pieces of beautiful handmade jewellery from yours truly (see pages 11 and 17), go have a look at the Gift Guide. My Confluence necklace (shown below) will also be available to view in the Crafts Council’s gift area in the centre of the main hall.
I’m very excited to be showcased in both of these this year.

In good news I still have a limited number of tickets available for entry on either Wednesday 4th or Thursday 5th of December. To snag yourself a pair please comment below.

Two pieces of my work selected in the RDS National Crafts Competition will be displayed in the Student Art and National Crafts Exhibition at the Dublin Horse Show

Hi,

Earlier this year I entered four pieces of my work in the RDS National Crafts Competition, and two of them (Rodrigo and the Pod Cluster, shown below) have been selected for display in the Student Art and National Crafts Exhibition that is part of the Dublin Horse Show from 15th to 19th of August.  Make sure to visit the Crafts Exhibition if you visit the Horse Show, and maybe you’ll buy some of the beautiful work on display.
